1. We at Inkling are pleased to accept exchanges. Regrettably, once an order is confirmed and approved, we would not be able to make refunds. Nevertheless, on placing an order through COD (Cash on the Delivery) payment option, you shall receive a call from our executive regarding confirmation of your order. The users, who choose to pay through Online Payments, please consider your order as confirmed and shall not be canceled under any circumstances. Upon placing the order, you will too receive a call from the executive of Inkling Lifestyle. For changes in the order or exchanges, you are requested to read further.
  2. You are entitled to tap into the exchange option if you receive either a piece of wrong size or size issue, manufacture defect (in a rare case). However, the exchange will be approved upon doing necessary examination by the concern team of Inkling Lifestyle. Upon done and approved, we shall be pleased to offer an exchange for the required product or item.  Please ensure that you do not cut the tag of the product. Only the product with Inkling tag is eligible for an exchange. In case of any query or doubt regarding the exchange, you may give a call to our customer care team.
  3. Please make sure to intimate us regarding exchanges within 2-3 days from the date of delivery.

 You can exchange the product for any other product or size for an equivalent amount purchased or above. No difference in the price will be refunded. A product can be exchanged only once per invoice.

  1. Once we receive the product from you, we will examine it in detail and inform you via e-mail, within a specified period. If approved, the product will be exchanged. Please note that the exchange of the product has to be done within 14 days from the date of approval for exchange has been announced by the Inkling Lifestyle.
  2. The product has to be intact and undamaged. Otherwise, the exchange offer will not be entertained.
  3. The shipping cost for the return of the product has to be borne by the customer whereas the Inkling Lifestyle will bear the shipping cost of the exchanged product to be dispatched to the customer.
  4. We are not liable for any unforeseen loss and damage of the consignment that being sent to us by the customer for an exchange.
  5. All the above-stated clauses are subject to Inkling Lifestyle receiving the item of exchange.
  6. The verdict on any condition will be taken by the authority of Inkling Lifestyle only.  No one has rights to put any pressure on our final decision.
